Refund and Returns Policy

At UPTOPIC, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Opened or used footwear
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@uptopic.xyz or call us at 615-503-1063. Provide your order number and the reason for the return, and our customer service team will assist you in processing the return. You’ll be provided with the return shipping instructions.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process first, and once the original item is returned and refunded, you may place a new order.
6. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
